The Lab is a curated demonstration of design and connected workflows. It does not generate, export or publish a production website. Your actual project is designed, built, integrated and tested around your business.

The current Lab uses guided sample conversations and simulated workflows to make the possibilities tangible. It does not contact your customers or make real bookings. Any AI included in your project will be separately scoped, connected, tested and governed.

Investment depends on the scope, content, integrations and ongoing support you need. We agree a written proposal before work begins. There are no standard prices or automatic commitments in the planner.

The timeline depends on the agreed scope, content readiness, integrations and review stages. We will set realistic milestones in your proposal rather than promise a fixed timeline before discovery.

We assess your current website, CRM, booking and business tools during discovery. Any integrations depend on available access, APIs and the permissions you provide.

Your proposal will define handover and initial support. We can then agree ongoing care for updates, monitoring, content or further improvement, with clear responsibilities and service levels.

Yes. We agree which actions need human review and how exceptions should be handled. Automation should make work clearer, with controls that fit the risk of each task.
