Project enquiries
The planner collects the contact details, business information, goals and preferences you choose to provide. We use this information to review your enquiry and discuss a potential project. Submitting the planner does not subscribe you to marketing.
Client workspace
Signing in shares your account identity and email with this site so we can give you access to your own projects. Project messages, approvals and uploaded files are stored for project administration and delivery. Zella’s site owner can administer this information.
Demonstrations
The Experience Lab and workspace demonstration use sample content. The Lab does not send real messages or create bookings. The public demo does not upload files or save project actions to a real client record. Please do not enter sensitive information in a demonstration.
Storage and service providers
The website uses managed hosting, database and file-storage services to deliver these features. Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. These providers process information needed to operate the site. We do not sell enquiry or project data.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry and project information is retained while needed for follow-up, project delivery and related administration or legal obligations. You can contact us to ask what is held, request correction or ask for deletion; we will explain if any information needs to be retained.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses essential hosting and sign-in mechanisms. This build does not include advertising or third-party analytics trackers. Interactive demonstration choices last only for the current page session.
Before you submit
Only provide information relevant to your project. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information. This website does not request payment-card information.
